General Home Inspection

Our residential property inspection involves a meticulous evaluation of a home’s visible and readily accessible components. A thermal imaging scan and moisture meter reading will be performed at no extra cost whenever necessary to obtain a more accurate assessment of certain areas of the home. Any defects that we discover will be thoroughly explained in a full report of our findings that will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

Pre-Listing Inspection

You need to have a clear understanding of a home’s condition before attempting to sell it—and we’re here to make sure that you’re as prepared as possible. We’ll evaluate your home’s readily accessible components so that you can learn about any defective materials or malfunctioning systems. If any issues are found, you’ll be able to address them however you choose, by either making necessary repairs or by informing prospective buyers so that their own inspections don’t turn up surprises that could negatively affect negotiations.

New Construction Inspection

To give you peace of mind with your new home, we offer this inspection to assess a brand new home’s structural integrity and overall quality. We’ll investigate the completed structure and any installed mechanical systems for defects that you should know about before moving in. If defects are in fact discovered, this will give you time to address them with the contractors.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Your new home is likely protected by a 1-year warranty offered by the builder. When the end of the warranty period is coming up, we recommend scheduling this inspection so that you can be sure that your home is in good condition for the years ahead. If any defects are discovered during the inspection, you can consult the terms of your warranty to see if the builder is responsible for some portion of the repair expenses.

4 Point Inspection

This inspection is sometimes required by insurers in order to receive coverage on an older home. We’ll assess the condition of four areas of the property: the roof, HVAC system, electrical system, and plumbing system. Each area must meet the minimum property standards as outlined by the insurer for you to qualify for a new or renewed policy.


When a component is found to be defective during one of our commercial or residential property inspections, we’re able to return to the property after repairs have been made to make sure that everything is in good shape. We’ll carefully look over the repaired component to check for adherence to safety protocol and to ensure that no additional issues are present.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

Homes located along the Florida coast are highly susceptible to wind damage if they’re not adequately protected. This inspection will check to see what mitigation measures are in place and will provide recommendations accordingly. A well-protected home is typically eligible for numerous state-backed home insurance credits.

WDO/Termite Inspection

Termites and other Wood Destroying Organisms are a huge burden on homeowners each and every year—it’s hard to fathom just how much damage they can do to a structure. We’re able to protect your prospective investment by inspecting a home for existing damage while also looking for any signs of a current infestation. This inspection is included with a General Home Inspection for free when requested.

Commercial Property Inspection

We’ll carefully examine the septic tank and any readily accessible mechanical components, ensuring that there is no damage and that everything is functioning normally. If the system exceeds the recommended sludge level, we’ll refer you to a local contractor who can pump the tank.

HUD/FHA Certifications

This inspection is a thorough evaluation of a property that will determine if it meets the minimum standards required for certification through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the FHA. When a home is certified, prospective buyers know that the property is in acceptable condition and can consider making an investment without worrying about major issues.

Tainted Drywall Inspections

Some homes in Florida were built using defective drywall that contains chemicals such as sulfur, which can emanate from the material and cause damage to other components inside a home. We’re able to comprehensively inspect a property for the presence of contaminated drywall, ensuring that you’re fully aware of any issues before proceeding with an investment.
